I'm the Director of Community Operations which means that I have the best job ever

I am a member of the Help Desk & Customer Service Department. You can find me helping in the Help Desk and help@deviantart.com as well as the #help chat on dAmn. I'm most often found helping with Bug Reports

I am manager of the Copyright & Etiquette Administration (CEA).

In this capacity I am responsible for overseeing the training and operation of the CEA staff, maintaining the Policy section of the FAQ and directly handling just about anything else involving official deviantART policy, it's interpretation and it's even application in all situations.

I am a member of CEA, the department which handles all the fun things such as trolls, spam, porn and copyright violations. When not on the clock I can usually be found playing video games, reading manga or writing and am known for my purple hair, heart shaped glasses and zipper earrings.

I'm a member of the CEA team.

Currently I can be found in the Policy Inquiries section of the help desk, but I also handle commercial spammers and hack related issues.
