As you know, we recently added some new faces to the CEA team. In addition to this, we've also restructured the CEA Team slightly.
Daniel now takes up the new CEA Project Manager position. This role provides a dedicated Project Manager to oversee policy and documentation development, as well as providing an ongoing formal training & community outreach program for all CEA related matters. Daniel has been an essential part of community operations since he joined staff back in 2003, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in community policy. As much as he loves the moderation desk (we practically had to ban him from it at times just to get him to sleep!!), we're all really delighted to see him take on this new role.
Juli now takes up the new CEA Team Leader role. This role provides day to day supervision and support of CEA staff. Juli joined CEA in January 2010 after a period of volunteering as a Gallery Moderator, and has became a real force of motivation and support to other Community Operations staff. Juli's commitment to providing quality communication and customer satisfaction within CEA has been a real asset to us, and we're really excited to have her take on this role.
As we transition through these changes, you can expect to see lots of great things happening, so watch this space.
Congrats to Daniel and Juli!

Say hello to some new faces!
I'm delighted to say that we have 2 new full time Copyright & Etiquette Administrators!
`dxd (https://www.deviantart.com/dxd) Many of you know Dom from his time as a volunteer within the MN@ Team, and from being an all round super active deviant. This combined with Dom's background in providing customer service have made him an excellent addition to the team.
:iconkozispoon: Kassandra is another long time deviant who has an extensive background in providing copyright enforcement and community management. Having worked for Disney in the past, Kassandra's very familiar with helping enforce and develop community based policies and procedures so we're absolutely delighted
Friday with the CEA: suzi9mm Interview
We had the great pleasure of interviewing the talented suzi9mm (https://www.deviantart.com/suzi9mm) who was a member of the CEA before we were called the CEA! Jenni Tapanila is not only a talented photographer who photographs everything from bunnies to shock art, but she had also selflessly donated her time to deviantART. We were honored to be able to ask her a few questions and wanted to share her answers and insights with you all!

`damphyr (https://www.deviantart.com/damphyr) First off, much of your work is known as shock art, what are some of the strangest responses people have given you about your artwork, negative, positive... or both?
